It was a whirlwind finishing season 1 of Bargain Mansions. The last breaking minutes of trying to wrap up the houses before the premiere was blood, sweat, and tears. It was hard to take a step back and admire the work that my daughter and I had done. Today, I’m here to show you part 1 of my favorite pieces and parts that make up our Bargain Mansion homes. Take a look below at the rooms that stuck out to me.

First, we will start off with my favorite kitchen. Definitely not your everyday run-of-the-mill kitchen, it exhibits elegance and feels rugged at the same time.

Chairs & Cherries: Growing Days Collection found at Restoration Emporium | Wallpaper: Seabrook

Kitchen Accessories: Anthropologie

Lighting: Wilson Lighting

White pitchers: Growing Days Collection found at Restoration Emporium | Platter: Terrafirma Ceramics also found at restoration emporium

Our Warwick house has a remarkable amount of exposed brick- something that isn’t seen in homes today. Take a look below and you’ll see why this feature made my list!

Artwork: Leopold | Floral Arrangement: Branches & Twigs |  Planter: Growing Days Inventory found at Restoration Emporium |  Light: Arteriors

Besides being one of the coziest bedrooms on Bargain Mansions, it also makes the perfect kid space and rightfully so because all of my grandkids fight over who gets to sleep in this room. Can you blame them?!
